The delivery service is provided with respect to those orders made by Clients through the following channels: (i) by phone or (ii) online, placing the order through the web (virtual web store).
The Delivery service works from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The delivery area is limited. When ordering online, the delivery coverage will be indicated by entering the address on the web platform. In case of being outside the coverage area, we will inform you of alternative means of delivery, either parcel or pick up.
The minimum amount of the order must be 40,000 without counting the shipping cost that will be informed at the time of managing the order. The shipping cost varies according to the area to be sent the product.
Orders will only be issued to people over 18 years of age who show their personal identity document at the time of delivery of the order. The delivery person is empowered to refuse to deliver the order in the event that the age of majority cannot be validated by showing or not the personal identity document.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that at the time of delivery of the product, it is in good condition and functioning.
The company reserves the right to suspend the delivery service at any time.
